How do we manufacture each Laser cut model-
All models are extensively researched then draw using the latest in computer drawing software to include the detail and character of the original appropriate to size.
Once happy with the design the subject is Laser engraved and cut from thin wooden sheets to give multiple layers for each detailed feature.
After the subject has been engraved and cut each detailed layer is carefully glued together to form a 2D-3D model.
The final stage is to mount the model in a suitable sized picture frame with bevel cut mounting board to enhance the 2D-3D effect.
The mounting board I use is of the highest quality and will not perish or colour fade with age.
Mounting board is available in a small range of different colours on request
Picture frames are available in Oak wood Effect only.
If you require a specific frame we can provide a separate cost for the frame or supply the finished wooden model mounted ready for your own picture frame.
